Forced Dynamic (Operando) Catalytic Reactors to Accelerate the Model Discovery in C1 Chemistries

C1R develops forced dynamic and operando reactors to study the mechanisms and kinetics of C1 chemistry, mainly CO₂ hydrogenation and dry reforming of methane. Periodic changes in feed and conditions are used to probe and steer the catalyst state, while several operando techniques record structure and performance at the same time [146, 118] [patent 14].

  • Forced dynamic operation of reforming catalysts [205, 200]
  • Catalyst stability and coke control in dry reforming [166, 157, 153, 136] [patent P2]
  • Microkinetic modeling [168]
